CFO partner for agencies, SaaS and e-commerce
Run your business
through the lens of money.
I help business owners turn their accounting into a tool for running the company. Every month you know what makes money, where it leaks and where you will be at the end of the year. I am your partner for the numbers.

How I think
A good finance partner starts with a question: what decision are you not making today because you don't have the numbers?
01
I start with the customer
When Avast merged with Norton, I built a financial model that started with users. How many come, how they behave, how much they spend. Revenue is just the result. It works for ten customers as well as for a thousand.
02
I translate numbers
The CEO in the morning, an engineer or a marketer in the afternoon. A number the other person doesn't understand is useless. That's why I also run workshops for people who aren't in finance.
03
I follow through
Early at Weber, I took an idea all the way to the US board, finished in the top five, and then nothing happened. An analysis in a drawer solves nothing. So I push until the recommendation actually happens.
MY VALUES
Courage·Smart work·Everyone can grow·Integrity
What I do

An accountant records what happened. I show why it happened and what to do about it. I get into the numbers, understand the business and set up financial management that helps the owner make decisions. Every month the owner sees where the company stands, without waiting for year end.
I have worked in finance across construction, energy, manufacturing, software and services. From HOCHTIEF and Pražská plynárenská through Weber to Avast and Arkance.
Who it is for
Financial management and controlling for companies with revenue of EUR 0.4 to 8.0 million. I work with companies whose numbers are a mess, and with those who already have the basics and want to go further.
Same numbers, a different view
P&L of a fictional company, January to August 2026.
| Account | CZK m |
|---|---|
| 602 Revenue from services | 38.4 |
| 501 Materials | −0.3 |
| 511 Repairs and maintenance | −0.1 |
| 512 Travel | −0.2 |
| 513 Entertainment | −0.1 |
| 518 Other services | −17.6 |
| 521 Wages and salaries | −10.9 |
| 524 Social and health insurance | −3.7 |
| 548 Other operating costs | −0.3 |
| 551 Depreciation | −0.4 |
| 563 FX losses | −0.2 |
| 591 Income tax | −1.0 |
| Net result | 3.6 |
Correct and complete. But it won't tell you where the company makes money and where it loses it.
| Item | CZK m |
|---|---|
| Revenue from services | 38.4 |
| Freelancers and subcontractors | −14.2 |
| Gross margin | 24.2 · 63 % |
| Personnel costs | −14.6 |
| Software, cloud and licences | −1.6 |
| Rent, marketing and overheads | −2.8 |
| Operating profit EBITDA | 5.2 · 13.5 % |
| Depreciation, FX and tax | −1.6 |
| Net profit | 3.6 |
Same result, but now you can see that freelancers eat up 37 % of revenue and gross margin fell from 68 to 63 % year on year. This is where decisions start.

Four phases of working together
We start with an initial analysis, no commitment.
- 1
START, WITHIN 7 DAYS
Initial analysis
After a free 30-minute call, I go through your numbers. Within a week you get a written report: where the company stands, where it loses money and what to fix first.
- 2
SETUP, 2 TO 3 MONTHS
Setup
I build a management P&L, clean up the balance sheet, prepare a cash flow forecast and agree on processes with your accountant.
- 3
RUNNING, MONTHLY
Monthly
Every month I close the numbers, compare actuals with the plan and show receivables and short-term cash flow.
- 4
LONG TERM
Growth
Annual budget, forecast and long-term cash flow plan, risk management, finding where profitability can grow, and support for investment decisions. Dashboards built around what you need to see.
Pricing
What the monthly fee includes
- Monthly close and report
- Actuals compared with the plan
- Receivables overview and short-term cash flow forecast
- Communication with your accountant
- Usually 10 to 30 hours a month, depending on company size
- No annual contract, one month notice

What it looks like in practice

MARKETING AGENCY
How Socials gained control over profitability and cash flow
The company was profitable, but the owners lacked a management view of their finances. Within 3 months we completely changed how management reporting works.
RESULTS
- Numbers every month: The owners know exactly which clients are profitable and where to act.
- Freed-up cash: Changing payment practices released money from operations.
- Clean balance sheet: Old items that distorted reality were cleaned up.
- A clear outlook: The forecast for the rest of the year shows the risks, when to grow the team and how much can be invested.
- Help with financing: Solid documentation helped the owners in talks with the bank.

Fiduciam Loop
A company and its owner are one story. The money a company makes ends up in personal wealth, and personal financial decisions find their way back into the company. That's why I work with Fiduciam consilio, which looks at the owner's personal wealth the same way. Together we call it Fiduciam Loop.
Owners often ask me how much they can take out of the company without putting its growth at risk. I work out the company side with them. If they also want to look at their personal wealth, I connect them with Samuel from Fiduciam consilio.
You can use it, but you don't have to. My work for your company doesn't depend on it.

Frequently asked questions
What business owners ask me most often.
Didn't find your answer? Get in touch.
I work with companies with revenue from EUR 0.4 million. For smaller companies a fractional CFO usually doesn't pay off. If you're not sure, a 30-minute call is enough and I'll tell you straight.
Your accountant stays. I build on their data and we check each other's work. The accountant records what happened, I show why it happened and what to do about it.
No. We start with an initial analysis, no commitment. The monthly cooperation can be ended with one month's notice.
Usually 10 to 30 hours a month, depending on company size and the phase of our work. Most of the work happens in the first three months during setup.
Yes. Most of the work happens online and we meet in person when needed.
I'll help you find one and hand over the processes we set up. When a company grows to the point where a full-time hire pays off, that's good news.
